Embracing Tradition and Community:
Over 125 Years of Agricultural Excellence

Since 1897, The Shuswap Agricultural Society, through the Salmon Arm Fair, has celebrated the harvest, showcasing our farming community's pride in livestock, produce, and craftsmanship. Agricultural activities remain an important part of the regions economic, cultural, and social fabric- today just as it did during the first Fair back in 1897. Much has changed in over one hundred years, however the commitment to the community for the agricultural association and has remained the same. That’s one of the best attributes about The Suhswap Agricultural Association – it offeres a reminder to everyone of all that is good from our past – while focusing on the future and new generations who will bring innovation but still respect and honour those before us brought to our community.

We would also like to thank our sponsors who are there every year to help us bring the best in entertainment, attractions, exhibits and fun for the entire family.

And, thank you to our hundreds of volunteers who work tirelessly bringing the Best 3 Days of Summer to our community. The theme for 2025 is “Where tradition lives on”.
